 The ABOLISH Study

A clinical research study for people with lower limb spasticity treated with abobotulinum toxin A

The ABOLISH Study is a clinical research study in people diagnosed with lower limb spasticity (LLS). The purpose of the study is to collect information on the use of a medicine called abobotulinum toxin A.

To join the ABOLISH Study, you must:

  • Be male/female, aged 18 years or older

  • Have a primary diagnosis of (one-sided) LLS that is not getting worse.

  • Be able to take more than five steps with or without assistance.

  • Have not previously been nonresponsive to BoNT-A therapy/have not been treated with BoNT-A within 12 weeks prior to enrollment in the study.
